B2B Contracting & Equipment Effectiveness
B2B Service Contract Management
Establish and administer service contracts as agreements between customer and service provider, defined per customer and valid for multiple sites, grouped by contract type (e.g., WARRANTY, SERVICE), covering service lines, SLA, price agreements, invoice parameters and maintenance plans.
SLA Tracking & Performance Management
Define, track and measure SLA commitments on Requests, Request Scopes and Request Work Tasks using event-driven or template-based commitments, calculating due dates, monitoring progress (Ongoing, Overdue, Fulfilled, Exceeded), and handling pause/restart/extend for delays.
Equipment Effectiveness & OEE Measurement
Calculate Overall Equipment Effectiveness from Availability, Performance and Quality factors for work center resources per workday, including TEEP and Utilization, using shop order and production schedule time/quantity transactions and downtime causes classified by OEE Factor.
B2B Contract Billing & Revenue Management
Invoice service contracts periodically or via work tasks, applying price units, invoice rules (prior/post), agreement invoice rules, cap prices, revaluation and period allocation, transferring to Customer Order and enabling collective invoicing and deferred revenue recognition.
Customer Self-Service Portal Integration
Enable B2B customers to engage and collaborate with their service provider through the IFS Cloud B2B customer portal, submitting and tracking requests, viewing asset history/warranty/SLA information, and integrating via open APIs into service management.
Extended Warranty & Maintenance Agreement Contracting
Manage customer (and supplier) warranties on serialized parts and service objects, with duration- and usage-based conditions, covered cost types, warranty templates, SLA templates on customer warranties, and service contracts grouped as WARRANTY for extended coverage and maintenance agreements.
Vendor Access Control & Supervised Work
Controls who is allowed onto the data centre floor and under what supervision. Vendors are qualified and held under a Supplier Agreement specifying scope of work, call-in process, qualifications and response times; every visit is tied to an authorised Work Order and Work Task; and qualification plus site-specific induction is verified before access. Permits are issued before work starts - including an energised electrical work permit where energised work cannot be avoided - and the supervision level follows whether the vendor is escorted at all times.
SLA & Contract Performance Review
Provides the periodic performance review cycle for both customer-facing SLAs and supplier maintenance contracts. Availability, environmental, response-time and remote-hands attainment is measured from IFS Cloud Work Order, Work Task, Fault Report and Measurement history, compared with the commitments recorded on the Service Contract or Supplier Agreement, and taken to a governance review. Outcomes - service credits, corrective actions or re-negotiation - are recorded back against the contract so the evidence trail is complete.
Service Level Agreement & KPI Reporting
Turns the contractual SLA and KPI schedule of an integrated FM contract into a measurable, defensible reporting cycle. Priorities and targets are configured on the Service Contract so every Work Order inherits its SLA at creation, and performance is scored from Work Order and Work Task timestamps with an agreed exclusion set. The scorecard drives the account governance meeting and any service credit posted against billing.
Maintenance Contract Billing Models (Fixed, Schedule-of-Rates, Comprehensive)
Covers configuring and running the commercial models a building maintenance contract is billed under: fixed periodic price for the PPM regime, schedule-of-rates pricing for reactive and additional works, and comprehensive or fully-inclusive cover where parts and repairs sit inside the fee. The chosen model determines how completed work is priced, what evidence must accompany an invoice, and where the provider carries risk. The objective is billing that is defensible against delivered evidence and free of revenue leakage.
SLA / KPI Measurement & Service Credit (penalty) Management
Measures delivered performance against every contracted SLA and KPI across reactive and planned HVAC work, then calculates, agrees and applies any service credits or performance deductions that fall due. Produces the auditable evidence pack used at monthly client review and at renewal. Feeds breach root causes back into intake, dispatch and parts processes so the same failure is not paid for twice.
Joint-Use & Pole Attachment Management
Administration of third-party attachments on utility poles end to end: attachment application intake, field survey, engineering and loading analysis, make-ready design and execution, permit issuance, periodic joint-use audit, unauthorized-attachment resolution, and annual rental billing. In IFS Cloud the pole is a Functional Object under the circuit Linear Asset with attachment records held against it, make-ready is executed as Work Orders or a small Project, and the attaching party is a customer whose rental and make-ready charges are raised through Customer Order and Service Contract. The whole process is timeline-driven because the FCC prescribes fixed day counts for survey, estimate, acceptance and make-ready completion.
Landlord & Site Access Management
Governs the right and the practical ability to get onto a telecom site - cell site, rooftop, exchange, street cabinet or data centre - before a crew is dispatched. Covers tenure and access-rule capture against the site record, pre-visit notice and permission checks, landlord or building-management confirmation, abortive-visit capture, and tracking of lease and licence milestones. In IFS Cloud the site is a Functional Object carrying its access rules, and the check is applied when a Work Order is planned so the crew never travels without proof of permission.
Everything you can see here is real and current, the names, the structure and the counts come straight out of the ModelIFS library and change as it grows. What sits behind the license is the worked-out content itself: the execution steps, the data each one needs, the configuration decisions, the KPIs, the integration points, the workshop questions and the diagrams. That is the part you would otherwise spend a program building from nothing.
