Supplier Self-Service Portal Operation (Procurement B2B)

Run supplier collaboration through the IFS Cloud supplier self-service (B2B) portal: suppliers view and confirm purchase orders, answer order and agreement RFQs, analyse estimated future demand, manage VMI replenishment and consignment consumption, upload catalogs, maintain company information and view subcontracted manufacturing operations.

Workplace Booking & Desk Management

Publishes bookable workplace resources - desks, neighbourhoods, meeting rooms, parking and lockers - to employees through a self-service portal, enforces the booking policy, and converts confirmed bookings into downstream service demand in IFS Cloud. Bookings are reconciled against sensor and badge occupancy so that no-shows are released and supply is tuned to real demand. This is the demand-side front door to the space register.

Customer Fleet Portal

Gives dealer and rental customers a self-service view of the fleet they own or hire, backed by IFS Cloud master data. The portal publishes the customer entitled Serial Objects and Equipment Objects with their rental dates, maintenance schedule, open work orders, documents and invoices, and accepts self-service transactions such as service requests, off-hire and extension requests and parts orders. Submitted requests are validated against entitlement and warranty before being turned into a Work Order, Customer Order or rental event, with status published back to the portal.

What a license opens

Everything you can see here is real and current, the names, the structure and the counts come straight out of the ModelIFS library and change as it grows. What sits behind the license is the worked-out content itself: the execution steps, the data each one needs, the configuration decisions, the KPIs, the integration points, the workshop questions and the diagrams. That is the part you would otherwise spend a program building from nothing.
