Lobby & Personalization
Lobby Page Design & Element Configuration
Design role-oriented lobby pages in IFS Cloud using the Lobby Page Designer and build or tailor the visual elements (counters, lists, charts, gauges, images, etc.) with the Lobby Element Designer. Covers page properties (layout, client type, auto refresh), page parameters used as content filters, element groups, and the event-driven communication between elements on a page.
Lobby Data Source Configuration & Performance
Create and maintain the data sources that feed IFS Cloud lobby elements using the Data Source Designer, selecting the appropriate type (SQL, Query Builder, Information Source, or Cube) and tuning them for performance. Includes previewing data, tracking data source usage, and importing/exporting data source definitions between environments.
Lobby Publishing & Role-Based Access Control
Publish completed lobby pages and govern who can see and edit them in IFS Cloud. Publishing assigns a presentation object to the lobby page; access is then granted through permission sets (Custom delivery type) via the Lobby Pages sub-menu, with associated lobby elements and data sources granted automatically alongside the page.
Page & Navigator Configuration via Configuration Contexts
Tailor IFS Cloud Web page layouts with the Page Designer and restructure the navigator menu with the Navigator Designer, using configuration contexts to deliver different versions to different user populations. Follows the change-save-publish workflow, where publishing is a global action that makes saved configurations live for end users.
Everything you can see here is real and current, the names, the structure and the counts come straight out of the ModelIFS library and change as it grows. What sits behind the license is the worked-out content itself: the execution steps, the data each one needs, the configuration decisions, the KPIs, the integration points, the workshop questions and the diagrams. That is the part you would otherwise spend a program building from nothing.
