Cash Flow & Treasury
Cash Management & Bank Reconciliation
Monitors cash positions across the company's cash accounts and reconciles the internal cash book balance against the payment institute's bank statement. Supports manual, semi-manual and automatic matching of cash account transactions to bank statement lines to keep book and bank balances aligned.
Cash Flow Forecasting & Analysis
Analyzes and forecasts company cash flows by gathering payment plans, order and purchasing data, and manual/recurring cash flows into cash flow analyses and saved forecasts. Supports currency-risk analysis of future original-currency cash flows and comparison of forecast trends over configurable time scales.
Payment Formats & Bank Integration
Configures payment file formats and output media so electronic payment orders can be generated in the format each payment institute requires and exchanged with banks (including via service providers such as Kyriba). Covers acknowledging payment proposals, creating payment orders, and producing the payment file for bank transmission.
Mixed Payments & Cashbox Handling
Enters manual supplier and customer payments through Mixed Payment, matching one or more open ledger items or creating payments on account/in advance, difference items and parked payments. Handles cash discounts, write-offs, interest and tax withheld, with segregation of duties by transaction type per user group.
Cash Flow Forecasting & Retention Management
Phases forecast receipts and supply chain payments against the IFS Cloud project structure and programme so the contractor can see dated cash rather than accrued value, and controls the cash retained under the main contract and withheld from subcontracts until it falls due for release. Forecast is carried on Project and Project Activity with actuals flowing from customer and supplier invoices in IFS Financials. Complements progress valuation (F3.C42) and cost value reconciliation (P4.C43) by converting certified value and cost into a timed cash position.
Everything you can see here is real and current, the names, the structure and the counts come straight out of the ModelIFS library and change as it grows. What sits behind the license is the worked-out content itself: the execution steps, the data each one needs, the configuration decisions, the KPIs, the integration points, the workshop questions and the diagrams. That is the part you would otherwise spend a program building from nothing.
