E-Invoicing & Tax
Tax Structure & Tax Codes Setup
Defines the foundational tax master data in IFS Cloud Financials, including tax codes, tax percentages, tax types and tax calculation structures used across invoicing and procurement. Establishes company tax control settings and tax liability rules so that correct tax is retrieved and calculated on transactions.
Tax Ledger & Tax Reporting
Manages the IFS Cloud Tax Ledger, where tax transactions are collected from the GL update and enriched for reporting. Supports creation of tax proposals and periodic tax reports, and reconciliation of tax ledger against general ledger tax postings.
E-Invoicing Outbound (PEPPOL / Country Formats)
Sends customer invoices electronically from IFS Cloud as XML messages using the E-INVOICE media code, routed via IFS Connect to an e-invoicing operator. PEPPOL and country-specific formats are typically achieved through an approved operator (e.g. Pagero) that transforms the IFS Einvoice XML into the target network format.
Everything you can see here is real and current, the names, the structure and the counts come straight out of the ModelIFS library and change as it grows. What sits behind the license is the worked-out content itself: the execution steps, the data each one needs, the configuration decisions, the KPIs, the integration points, the workshop questions and the diagrams. That is the part you would otherwise spend a program building from nothing.
