Warehouse Structure & Bin Setup

Defines the physical warehouse layout in IFS Cloud as a multi-level structure (site, warehouse, bay, row, tier, bin), inventory locations connected to location groups and location types, warehouse attributes inherited down the structure, and putaway zones used to steer where parts are stored.

Receiving & Put-away

Covers arrival registration and receipt of goods (with or without dispatch advice) into arrival, QA, or inventory locations in IFS Cloud, and the subsequent put-away move from the arrival location to the best available stock location, typically via transport tasks driven by putaway zone ranking.

Warehouse Task & Handling Unit Management

Covers planning, distributing and following up warehouse work through warehouse tasks (six predefined task types), warehouse worker/task-type/location-group assignment, task prioritization and status lifecycle, plus managing handling unit structures (types, accessories, capacities, SSCC, weight/volume) across inventory and shipment.

Warehouse Data Collection (Barcode/RF)

IFS Cloud Warehouse Data Collection exposes warehouse activities as configurable barcode/RF processes for Windows, Android and iOS scanning clients, driven by ordered data items (part, serial, lot/batch, location, handling unit, SSCC, GS1/GTIN barcodes) that wrap standard IFS pages for receiving, put-away, picking, counting, moving, issuing and handling unit management.

Remote Site Warehouse & Materials Management

Runs stock at wellpads, camps, supply bases and offshore installations where resupply is slow, expensive and weather-dependent. IFS Cloud supports this directly through the Remote Warehouse model, where shipment orders with receiver type Remote Warehouse resolve their default receive case and locations from the Warehouse Navigator Remote Warehouse tab. Receipt, inspection, serial and lot tracking and move into stock then follow the standard IFS Cloud arrival and receipt flow.

Chemical Receiving, Storage & Handling

Governs the controlled receipt, unloading, segregated storage and safe handling of treatment chemicals at a water or wastewater works, from tanker pre-notification through to certificate of analysis filing and incident logging. In IFS Cloud the process is anchored on the Purchase Order receipt into a designated inventory location, with the supplier certificate of analysis and current Safety Data Sheet held as Documents and any spill or off-spec delivery raised as a Case. It exists to protect operators from the hazards that OSHA hazard communication and process safety management rules address, and to keep only certified, in-specification chemical in the plant.

What a license opens

Everything you can see here is real and current, the names, the structure and the counts come straight out of the ModelIFS library and change as it grows. What sits behind the license is the worked-out content itself: the execution steps, the data each one needs, the configuration decisions, the KPIs, the integration points, the workshop questions and the diagrams. That is the part you would otherwise spend a program building from nothing.
